Sell my Car
Sell your car with our no-fuss, no-hassle service
We Buy Broken Vans pride ourselves on our no-fuss, no-hassle service. We designed our process around the customer. Sell your car typically in 2-3 working days (Monday – Friday) and receive a speedy settlement.
We specialise in buying the hard to sell and awkward type of cars – the ones other garages and dealers won’t buy. Sell cars to us irrespective of the condition and for fair prices. Three great reasons to sell to us:
Sell irrespective of car condition
Avoid the costs of paying for advertising
Receive payment on the day of collection
A service you can depend upon
Wherever you live in the mainland-UK we are looking to buy your car. Whatever its condition, value or mileage don’t hesitate to contact us for a top-quality experience. More details follow:
How do I obtain a valuation for my car?
This couldn’t be easier. To receive a valuation for your car simply enter your registration number into the valuation tool. Owners will then be prompted to enter mileage and condition information, which will ultimately determine the final valuation for the car. The more accurate the information, the more reliable our quotation will be (and will be less likely to be altered during the inspection). Read our valuation page.
How can I sell a car for its spares or parts value?
Sometimes a car will reach its end of life but will still have some value for breaking down into its constituent parts. This so-called “locked in” value can be unlocked by engineers stripping the car down. Various parts of the car have value for example – engine, gearbox, lights, etc. which other drivers for that model will from time to time need. We advise all owners to use our valuation tool to calculate a car’s potential value for parts. Read our spares and parts page.
Can an owner sell a salvage car themselves?
All salvage cars will have been classified by an insurance company. Following an accident, an insurance company will classify a car as “salvage value only”. This means it is unfit for use in its current condition. We buy many salvage cars because many owners are given unacceptably low offers by insurance companies. So, improve your insurance quotation now by completing our online valuation through our tool. Read our salvage page.
Can I scrap a car with We Buy Broken Vans?
Of course, we buy many cars, which are worth their scrap value only. All cars eventually go to the “giant scrapheap in the sky”. We buy scrap cars but pay you more than a scrapyard or an insurance company would. Typically, many scrap cars are non-runners, so take it for granted we buy these too! We buy these across the UK-mainland and offer free collection. Sell to us and we will maximise the use of the car by cannibalising parts and harvesting raw materials (e.g. metals) in what is an environmentally-friendly process. Start the process by entering your scrap car information into our valuation tool. Read our scrap page.
What is the best way to sell faulty second hand and used cars?
People use the terms “second hand” and “used” interchangeably. Whatever you call your car, we are happy to say we buy both! So, sell your second hand cars and used cars now – good prices are paid – whatever the condition of the car (e.g. insurance write-off, accident damaged, non-runner, fire damaged, etc.)
